Information We Collect
We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, property information, requested services, estimate details, preferred contact methods and information customers voluntarily provide through our website, phone calls, emails and service requests. Our website may also collect basic device, browser, referral, page-view and interaction information for analytics, conversion measurement, security and abuse prevention.
How We Use Information
We use customer information to respond to inquiries, confirm service availability, prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, communicate service updates, manage customer accounts, process payments, improve customer service, measure website performance and maintain business records.
Website Analytics and Cookies
This website uses first-party website analytics and Google Analytics to understand visits and website interactions. It also uses Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and estimate-request conversions. Google and Meta may use cookies or similar technologies to process device, browser, referral and interaction information for measurement and ad attribution in accordance with their own privacy practices. Visitors can use their browser settings and applicable provider controls to manage cookies, although disabling cookies may affect some website features.
To reduce automated form abuse, the website may temporarily retain a one-way connection fingerprint for rate limiting. The underlying connection address is not stored in that rate-limit record.
Customer Management and Service Providers
We use third-party providers to operate our business, including Jobber for website service requests, customer management, scheduling and customer-portal access; Stripe for payment processing; and website hosting and email-delivery providers. We may share customer information with these providers only as reasonably necessary to deliver their services, subject to their applicable privacy and security practices.
AI-Assisted Communications
We use AI-assisted phone answering and customer communication tools to respond to inquiries, collect service-request information and assist with scheduling. Calls handled through these tools are recorded and transcribed, and the information a caller voluntarily provides may be processed to support those purposes. TopNotch will provide notice and obtain consent as required by applicable law.
Payment Information
Payments are processed through Stripe. TopNotch Landscaping Services LLC does not directly store complete credit card numbers. Stripe may retain payment details and transaction records under its own privacy and security practices.
Information Sharing
We do not sell customer information. We may share information with authorized service providers as described above, when a customer directs us to do so, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, prevent misuse, or resolve a dispute.
Information Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical and operational measures to protect customer information. No electronic transmission or storage system, however, can guarantee absolute security.
Information Retention
We retain customer information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer the business, maintain accounting and business records, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. The appropriate retention period varies according to the type of information and the reason it was collected.
Customer Privacy Requests
Customers may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements, by using our contact page, emailing Tjasonis@Topnotchlandscapingservices.com, or calling (941) 447-8597.
Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services or legal obligations. Changes will be reflected by the effective date displayed at the top of this page.
