What to expect
Central Florida lawns grow quickly through the warm, wet months and slow noticeably when cooler weather arrives. TopNotch adjusts visit frequency with that growth pattern: service is weekly during the active growing season, then changes to biweekly around mid-October or after the first cold snap. Each visit covers mowing, edging, string trimming and blowing hard surfaces clean.
The Year-Round plan starts at $120 per month for a typical Villages-size property. Silver adds scheduled bush and shrub maintenance from $149 per month, while Gold starts at $199 per month and can be customized with the property-care services that actually fit the home. Corner lots, larger properties, access and neglected first-service conditions can change the written estimate.
No. TopNotch provides mowing and property-maintenance services but does not sell a fertilizer or lawn-treatment program.
