TopNotch service
Cleanup estimates are scoped around the actual labor, equipment and disposal required, with a clear description of what will be removed or left in place.
What to expect
Property cleanups are for homes that need a defined reset before routine maintenance or a planned improvement. Work can include reducing overgrowth, detail edging, pulling weeds from landscape beds, removing leaves and branches, light plant removal and hauling away agreed debris. The estimate lists what will be removed and what will remain so expectations are clear before scheduling.
Small cleanups start at $120. Labor time, debris volume, disposal requirements, equipment access and plant size determine the final quote. Neglected lawns may also require a separately priced first-service cleanup before they can move onto recurring maintenance. TopNotch does not include fertilizer or pesticide treatment as part of a cleanup.
Haul-away is included only when it is listed in the written scope; disposal volume can affect the price.
Yes, when the address fits an available route. The initial reset is priced separately from the recurring maintenance plan.
