Small upgrades start at $199. Final pricing depends on measured material quantities, delivery, disposal, access and the preparation required beneath the finished surface. For Central Florida properties, the estimate also considers drainage, existing roots and whether irrigation needs to be protected or adjusted around the improvement.
Can I choose between mulch and decorative stone?
Yes. The estimate can compare materials based on the existing beds, desired appearance, quantity and maintenance preference.
