The Year-Round package is the core recurring plan for homeowners who want the lawn kept consistently neat without bundling additional landscape services. It includes mowing, edging along driveways and sidewalks, string trimming around obstacles and a final blow-off of hard surfaces. Service is weekly during Central Florida’s active growing season and changes to biweekly around mid-October or after the first cold snap.
Pricing starts at $120 per month for a typical Villages-size property and is billed evenly throughout the year with a card on file. Larger lots, corner lots, difficult access and an overgrown first visit can affect the written estimate. Fertilizer and lawn-treatment applications are not included or offered as part of this plan.
Yes. This is a year-round plan billed in equal monthly payments, with visit frequency adjusted to seasonal growth.
Routine bush and shrub maintenance is not included in Year-Round. Homeowners who need it can compare the Silver or customizable Gold package.
